With more than 25+ years of experience in security operations and emergency response, Juan has built Martinez and Company into one of Western and Central Florida’s leading providers of contract security services. Juan has led multi-site security operations during hurricanes, civil unrest, and the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring uninterrupted service for critical facilities.
As a currently serving U.S. Coast Guard reservist, Juan spent 14 years executing the missions as an Enlisted member, including three deployments, before joining the Officer corps in 2025.

Dalilah brings nearly three decades of experience in business operations, compliance, and employee development. As Vice President of Administration, she oversees the company’s financial strategies, operational systems, and regulatory compliance.
She has played a central role in implementing corporate best practices and enforcing key security operations and compliance programs, including Anti-Terrorism initiatives, C-TPAT, and the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA). As a dedicated mentor, Dalilah has trained more than 1000 professionals and continues to shape the company’s culture of accountability and excellence in all facets of the Security Industry.

A U.S. Navy veteran and former DHS Protective Security Officer, John brings over 30+ years of expertise in federal security and private operations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
John has managed day-to-day execution for complex government security contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and rapid response. Previously a Protective Security Officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, John is federally certified in firearms, defensive tactics, and access control.

Terry is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and retired Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Deputy with 40+ years of security and law enforcement experience, specializing in supervision, training, and rapid response.
Terry has led operations in narcotics interdiction, gang enforcement, and tactical training. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has managed scheduling, compliance, and rapid response coordination for dozens of client sites. Terry is a certified security instructor and firearms trainer with extensive expertise in defensive tactics, emergency medical training, and critical incident management.
