The G license is a minimum requirement for armed positions. In addition, the more licenses and certifications you have, the more areas in the company’s portfolio of job sites you can work, and the higher your rate of pay while working those sites.
The company will pay for time spent in onboarding training, site specific training, and trainings requiring mandatory attendance. Additional trainings are offered free of charge and are voluntary to attend (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Expandable Baton, OC Spray, Restraint Devices, etc.) All training provided is beneficial toward your advancement.
